Registering for MyCADservices
The first and foremost mission of MyCADservices is to transparently structure processing of support queries. Maintenance customers automatically receive email notification from MyCADservices as soon as their query (via internet, email or telephone) has been received, processed or closed. Users who want to use MyCADservices first need to register at www.mycadservices.de. Simply click on the button “Wie registriere ich mich?” in the Login window and enter the data as prompted. Your login data will be sent to you once your data is verified. The prerequisite for use is an existing maintenance contract for a product from the SolidLine Group portfolio.
