HCV Data offers its customers comprehensive support in using their various software solutions on the basis of the service and support portal MyCADservices so as to ensure the continued value of their investments and sustained productivity increases.


Software maintenance contracts and user license agreements are offered for all products. These contracts consist of a framework contract, product-specific performance data sheets and a service certificate containing an easily understandable summary of all software products under maintenance. Maintenance contracts and user license agreements have a minimum term of one year, and can be terminated on a yearly basis.

    • Support for product functions, menu options, installation and clearing of faults
    • Traceability of query status (call tracking) around the clock
    • Immediate solution suggestions via a German-language  knowledge portal
  • Traditional telephone support via a free 0800 number
  • Service hours Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
